This is how I became a doll forever… One stormy cold winter I was skipping across the street of a haunted village. Hi my name is Alma and I’m 6 years old, when you're 6 years old you get to go to the haunted village and write your name on the old green wall. I don’t believe it’s haunted but my parents said it is. I went to the village, wrote my name up and nothing spooky happened until…

I saw an amazing wonderful doll inside that old rusty shop. I think it looks like me but I’m not 100% sure. So I had a look at myself and it looked the same “ I wish I could go in that shop to get that doll.” I yanked the door handle and it still didn’t open I was so filled with anger, I threw a snowball at the door. Wait the door creaked open does that mean I can go in the shop.

I tiptoed into the shop and I saw more than 56 dolls but some of them were moving? That’s a bit weird but I was so desperate for the doll that looks like me. A doll banded into my foot that doll was riding a bike, that’s weirder than before.

How did the doll move who cares I just want that doll to show Mum and Dad. Then I couldn’t find it, I was looking around and around till I found it. It some how made it up to the shelf. I stretched my arm up and up “ I got it, woah, where am I “ I wondered. Wait I’m in the doll, how did this happen, who did this. I guess I should've listened to my parents. I guess this town is really haunted after all. That’s how I became a living doll forever.

The girl in the red coat

One dark, rainy day in this poor town lived a little girl named Laura, Laura was only 5 years old. She loved her town the only thing is some people got so sick they had to stay outside. The town has been around for fifty years, or more. Laura said “ can we got to the shops, please Mum and Dad, please.” Inside I had butterflies in my stomach my head was shaking because Mum and Dad might say “ No.” I waited there for a few seconds and Dad said “ Yes.” I was bouncing out of control because Dad actually said “ Yes.”

Laura’s Mum and Dad let Laura go to the shops, Laura couldn’t believe it she was bouncing more out of control and giving her Mum and Dad a hug then she went to the shops. This was Laura’s first time going to the shops by herself. After a few minutes Laura couldn’t find her way out she crying so much that her tears looked like wet wet rain drops.

She thought “ I should stop being a baby and find my way home, ” Laura was so pumped to find her Mum that she will literally stay in other people’s houses if she has to. She started to hike to her house she got poked by a pokey plant, she was so sor but she didn’t give up till she ended her search. She was making progress and she found one of her family’s house it was her Nana “ Hi Nana, how are you Nana ” Her Nana asked

“ What are you doing far from home Laura. ” Laura explained everything to her Nana and she helped Laura continue her search after Laura and her Nana have a sleep.

Today Laura will journey all the way to her Mum and Dad and reunite with them and my Nana will help me to get there. We climbed the mountain walked through the grass and finally made it back home. Laura said “ Mum, Dad I’m here, I’m here. ” Mum and Dad said

“ We were looking for you everywhere, but your home now that’s the more important thing and, oh hey Laura’s Nana. ” Laura’s Nana said

“ Hey haven’t seen you in ages but were together now and if Laura didn’t come to my house she wouldn’t of be able to come back home to you guys. Laura doesn't want to go to the shops alone ever again.

High Diving Giraffes

One beautiful marvelous day we went into a building that has a nice blue swimming pool near the zoo we live in. My name is Giraffey and I like adventures. We thought if we sneak out when no one was around we can run to the pool. Surprisingly that plan worked and we got to the pool without anyone knowing, now it’s time to get ready to swim.

After we got ready we walked down the long beautiful blue hall on our way to the pool. I saw something and I made funny faces in it, I think it’s a camera but I didn’t actually know what it is but it does look cool. It felt like an eternity to get to the super refreshing pool that we can relax in. It takes even longer with your whole family of giraffes!

Finally we got to the deep blue fun pool, and one giraffe in my family went to hang above the pool to swing us. We patiently waited for our turn but I was raging with excitement that I couldn’t wait one bit so I ran to the front. When I first got in the pool I was so excited to be the first one, but then I felt bad that the other giraffe didn’t get her first go. We each got a go then another then another till we were sleepy

Then we all went back home and went to bed. I thought “that was the best experience in my life, I want to do this again.” After a few minutes I fell fast asleep “zzzzzzzzz.”
